What an absolutely gorgeous day! Met Bob Fink and the Trysons at Shickshinny for some UsynligO courses.

1:40:03 for Adv1, the rest of the time is the walk to the start.
No navigation issues, just a few places where I took some extra time. At #9 I was making so much noise with all the leaves that were down that I never heard the tone play even though I knew I was in the right place. I eventually took my phone out of my camelbak and saw that it already registered. At #10, the tone played but I didn't really understand the map so I spent a little time poking around until I figured out why I was confused. And then #15 I took some time to find a way around so I didn't have to go down a steep embankment. I'm sure there was a better route but I didn't want to take any chances.

orienteering 40:25 intensity: (39 @1) + (8:28 @2) + (19:00 @3) + (9:38 @4) + (2:40 @5) 1.43 mi (28:16 / mi) +57m 25:08 / mi

After a little rest, I did the Bonus course, a 1.4k course on a 1:5000 map. No real issues but again went way around to avoid having to go down a steep hillside. Janet found a more direct way that she said wasn't bad but I decided to play it safe. Really enjoyed 4-5-6-7 down in the low section. 30.35 for the course, the rest is the walk back to the cars.

Same workout as Wednesday. My legs finally felt recovered enough that I could do all the sumo squats again.

Followed by the usual walk around the neighborhood. Lots and lots of people out and about.

Session with Kelly. We had issues with the zoom connection but eventually got it all worked out.

She got married a week and a half ago but is now back. It was sad that she couldn't have the wedding she wanted but I'm glad she was able to have one and get away for a week.

walking 49:09 intensity: (1:55 @2) + (28:08 @3) + (9:51 @4) + (9:15 @5) 3.21 mi (15:19 / mi) +85m 14:09 / mi
ahr:129 max:176

And then around the neighborhood on a gorgeous day. Kept passing a woman running in different directions; she must have been doing loops of some sort.

Was looking at a house up near Jim Thorpe so walked along the D&L trail for a bit before the showing. After seeing the property, I decided to put in an offer only to find out that other offers are already in. It's a crazy market out there that's for sure!
