Same session as Wednesday. Most of the various aches are gone except a very annoying pain in my butt whenever I stand up or go up stairs. A foam roller session seemed to helped.
The drive home yesterday evening seemed endless. I really need to move up to the Poconos if I'm going to continue going out on these maps as frequently as I have the last few months. I was just mentally exhausted when I got home.
