Had to mail a letter - I can't believe clubs are sending their annual dues to my address and I needed to forward them - so decided to walk around the neighborhood loop with a detour to the mailbox in the nearby shopping center. A good bit warmer than the last couple of days.

Hiked the meadow loop early since it's supposed to sleet this afternoon. The trail was great - with a good 18" or so path all packed down hard. With my spiked rogaine shoes it was easy going. Then, since it looked like there had been a lot of people heading to the fence loop, decided to tack on one of those. The trail started out nice but dwindled to not much after a while, some ski tracks in a few places, nothing at all for a good bit and then back to a good packed path. But once I had started I was committed so kept going. Although my feet were covered in snow my feet stayed warm and mostly dry so not too bad.

An old workout - the one with the flutter kicks at the end. Tried to do many of the things with the heavier weights. Was mostly successful, but had to lower the reps on a couple.

I think I must have done an extra set of something to account for the extra time.

Session with Kelly. Used the new 10lb weights for several things. But the killer moves today were doing leg lowers holding the big yoga ball between my legs followed by crunches with my legs up still holding the ball. I had to take a quick break before the last set; those inside thigh muscles were screaming.

Oh dear. Totally bogus GPS track. Just my normal neighborhood walk.

Slept 10 hours, a bit unusual for me. My arm is a bit sore if I raise it over my head but no other side effects from the vaccine. I am definitely happy about that.

Note

Got my first vaccine shot this morning. Came home and a little while later got incredibly tired. Not sure it's related but figure it's possible.
