Neighborhood walk. It was dreary all day, cloudy and only about 42 when I started. By the time I finished it was full sun and almost 50 which I totally wasn't expecting. So over dressed and sweating like crazy by the time I finished!

Slow slog through the Wissahickon. Trails were mostly packed snow with an inch of slush on top. I had my o shoes with spikes on, but I was still sliding around a lot. I also feel like I've lost a lot of stamina; this shouldn't have felt as hard as it did.
