treadmill 40:48 intensity: (4:37 @1) + (30:01 @2) + (6:10 @3) 1.62 mi (25:11 / mi)
ahr:105 max:122

Guess the Garmin isn't that good at judging treadmill distances - I went more than 2 miles. It was a recovery workout at an easy pace with little climb so I'm surprised it wasn't more accurate. There's probably some way to import the workout but it doesn't really seem worth it.

strength & stretching 15:00 intensity: (11 @0) + (7:38 @1) + (4:56 @2) + (1:56 @3) + (10 @4) + (9 @5) 0.16 mi (1:33:56 / mi)
ahr:99 max:154

Mostly PT exercises but a few other things as well.

Note

Of course, now that my old injuries seem to be better and my back is considerably improved as well, I had a root canal this morning so as to be sure at least something still hurt.

treadmill 30:10 intensity: (10:47 @1) + (5:10 @2) + (8:37 @3) + (4:25 @4) + (1:11 @5) 1.48 mi (20:23 / mi)
ahr:110 max:148

A short but more intense treadmill workout.

My back is finally starting to improve. I hadn't realized quite how exhausting it had been trying to pamper it and deal with the pain.

PT 6:03 intensity: (4:06 @1) + (40 @2) + (1:17 @3) 0.0 mi
ahr:112 max:122

An easy walk on the treadmill trying to resolve my back issues.

Note

Not feeling that great; was planning to at least get out for a walk but spent the day doing WG stuff and never made it out the door.

The good news is the 2nd cortisone shot seems to have cleared up the shoulder/arm issues I was having and hopefully the PT exercise regimen I have will prevent it from recurring.

And the leg issues continue to be fine.

But, I've done something to my back, not sure what. It's been a bit painful for close to a week. I suppose at some point I should get it checked out. I feel like I am just falling apart.
