Not feeling that great. My head is completely stuffed and I've gone through a couple boxes of tissues already. I really thought my stuffiness was residual altitude stuff but now I'm not so sure.

I wasn't quite this pokey - was chatting with someone for a bit when I started and also when I finished and didn't stop my watch either time.

Couldn't summon the energy to do anymore today. But at least my hamstrings finally feel like they are starting to loosen up a bit.
