Another south wind lap day. 1st of each set with a start, following the shore line so turning on some, last of each set into the wind. Felt decent -- better than the last time I did these a couple of weeks ago. Pace was solid. Approx 1:50+ on the first set done at 30, nicely sub 1:50 on the set at 32+.
