3 x 1250 = 3 [ 250 at 24 + 250 at 26 + ... at 28... at 30... at 28]

Still windy but needed water time. South wind laps weren't too bad. Legs less sore but still not 100%.

I paused during the first piece to figure out why the heck Mr. Garmin wasn't tell me to change to the next segment. Turns out it was my fault because I mistakenly programmed the pieces for 250k instead of 250m. After that I just counted 30 strokes for each segment -- close enough.
