Up at 0500 and at ARC by 0530. Nice steady state row with some P10s and a few starts. Nice morning but very humid. Sweating buckets.

Started rowing about 6:50. East down around the island and back. Crazy clouds and some lightning off in the distance. Rained once I got back to the hotel.
Storing wet rowing cloths in a hot car all day is not good for the nose.
