Southie loop with Scott and Clayton from work. Clayton is a new and enthusiastic cyclist. If he keeps at it, he could be quite fast. Right now, he is a little sketchy when riding next to people. At one point he leaned into me, freaked a bit and became off balance. I effectively pushed him back up with my shoulder.

We rode at a decent pace and sometimes had some surges or mini sprints just for fun. I still feel flat. I can cruise but no zip on sprints or hills. Pretty pooped.
