OCIN: Team Trials Classic. Feel reasonably good warming up. Start off at a measured pace. Picked it up a bit after 4 and then more as some small groups formed. Got poked in the eye just out of 8 and had to spend some time finding my contact that was lodged back in my eye and then getting it reset. As I got going again Boris came by and then the fun began as we fought back and forth the rest of the way. I tried to attack and get in some jabs when I could - I didn't want to be a jockstuffer. Mostly I was taking the body blows and working to pull myself back. We finished the last few controls working very hard and sprinting through GO to the finish. I was completely spent. But I'll remember this race for a long time -- it was great racing.

OCIN: Team Trials Middle. Cold, wind, wet, mud, mud and mud. Used the luge technique a couple of times by sliding on my butt down a hill. More annoying errors. But I had a good Go-to-finish run throught the mud! Recovered well afterward and felt fine.

OCIN: Team Trials Sprint. Feel good warming up but lacking lungs (feel congested) during the race. 2 poor route choices and two overrun controls - annoying. Regardless, still a lot of fun.
