Friday Sep 7

Row 55:00 [3]
Good solid row. I need to work on not collapsing my back and overextending going into the catch AND not opening up my back to early on the drive. When I corrected both of these my stroke felt better and my shoulder felt solid.

Thursday Sep 6

Row 35:00 [3]
Easy. Rhomboid/lat told me to take it easy.
Run 27:00 [3]
Ooof grade 3

Wednesday Sep 5

Run (Circuits-4R) 1:00:00 [3]
I was tired. Didn't have any top end speed or energy but I just kept at it.

Tuesday Sep 4

Run 30:00 [3]
On TM watching tennis US Open

Monday Sep 3

Row 42:00 [3]
12 min of warm up while I worked on SC calibration over newly mark 500m "route" along dam. 20 min of low SR but solid pressure pulling around 2:20 or better. Then warm down. Balance and technique felt off today.

Flat water. Perfect conditions.
Dam/SC = 500 / 534 = 0.936
Dam/SC = 500 / 530 = 0.943
Dam/SC = 500 / 533 = 0.938
Dam/SC = 500 / 532 = 0.940
Average = 0.939
Note
2.5 hours of walking around Camp Clement. No running. Still hot and sweaty. Rain came as I was leaving. I would have preferred to have been rained upon.
Run (Circuits-4R) 1:05:00 [3]
Only about 80 but because of the rain it was super-duper muggy. Had a decent workout. Better than I expected given the busy day. I think the hour nap after getting back from Clement helped.

Sunday Sep 2

Row 1:00:00 [3]
Kept it easy with SR ~ 16-18 and HR:A=116. Tried to make sure every stroke was good and to let my right lat get better again. The starts on Fri were a bad idea.
Orienteering 30:00 [3]
Map checking at Camp Clements. Took it easy doing a little jogging but a lot of walking. Out and about for 2hr +.

Saturday Sep 1

Run 1:45:00 [3]
I was able to get Karl up for a 6:30am start, which makes for a much better run. Work in a solid 40 min of hills around FPH and Norbuk before finishing on the flats at WRL. Pretty tired by the end but acceptable.
