2 (10min h + 5 min e) @ 2min pace.

WU + some strides. Held paces at 2:00.2 and 2:00.0. Hard work but I kept the pace even throughout and was not crashing at the end. Warm, muggy and no wind.

Shoulder/back rehab with rubber bands.

Core work: Turkish Get Up
I don't have a 25 lb dumbell so I used a full nalgene bottle = 2.5 lbs. 7 reps per side.

Nice and easy to keep all my body parts happy.

Time to work. Kept the pace in the 2:03-2:08 range until CD time.

Trail run with Karl at Lake Grapevine. Legs solid, which makes for a happy Tom. Jumped in the lake afterwards.
