Row 1:13:00 [3]

3 x 20 = 3 [ 8 (2 at 20 + 30s at 26) ] / 2

Another very nice morning. We've had about 3 weeks of great water. Still lethargic. I keep wanting to take breaks. Pace is good though.

Bike 1:27:00 [3]

New headlamp works well. Ran over a dead frog but because it was already dead there are no penalty points.

Row 1:30:00 [3]

3 x 30 = 3 [ 3 ( 5 + 3 + 2 ) ] / 2
1st: 18/20/22
2nd: 20/22/24
3rd = 1st

Good for an hour but then dragging a bit. Maybe it is the humidity; the last week or so has been very moist and I've been sweating buckets. Or maybe it's something else. Or something other. Or not.

XC Sking 1:35:00 [3] 22.5 km (4:13 / km) +160m 4:05 / km
shoes: V2 Aero XL

It was clear when I woke up. It was cloudy and blowing when left the house. It was raining when I started rskiing at the boathouse but I could still see the sunrise to the east. It was sunny by the time I was done.

Around the lake. A few extra TP hills. They repave the Bath House hill so I worked in a few of those. Definitely tired the last 15 in; started losing a bit of coordination.

Other than my boots being soaked, a nice morning.

Row (H48-In) 1:21:00 [3]

3 [ 1500 / 5 ] +
2 [ 1250 / 5 ]

Flat water in the beginning but then more launches were out and got some rollers. A little humid. But all and all, a good morning to row. Hard work but kept at it. Thought I might end up only doing 4. Remind myself to give myself a pat on the back at the end instead of wallowing in the fatigue -- have to be positive! My glutes were killing me; couldn't wait to get off the seat.

Did them all with a start and stayed on the buoy line. Pace is comparable to 2 weeks ago, but HR is higher.

1500s at 26.5-27
rep) pace, HR_max
1) 2:05.0, 165
2) 2:08.5, 168 (little bit of a headwind came up then went away)

1250s at 27-28
1) 2:06.0, 173
2) 2:08.5, 174
