Pat came over to WR for 2x work. A bit of an easy wind so we did laps on the east side. SR was in the 24-26 range. Working but comfortable throughout; I never felt stress. Definitely more of an AT workout than on Friday.

Feeling a little draggy this afternoon though. Taking it easy.

Very nice morning. The only annoyance was dodging boats and fisherman. Tired by the end but sill pulling well and not dragging. Good row.
