At Ft Worth Nordic Center with Pat. Felt sluggish at the beginning and continued to feel sluggish the whole time. Then have felt crappy all afternoon. What gives?! I should have been more discipline about keeping my HR down. However, we'd get to talking and before we knew it we were zipping along. It's a good thing I had company or 3 hours would have felt like 3 days. I
