Sat. Good workout. Felt a little off in the evening.
Sun. Easy row and felt ok. Proceeded to have full on cold the rest of the day.
Mon: A little better.
Tue: A little more better.
Wed: Feel generally fine so did a short workout. Afterward felt off.
Thu: Draggy during the day but ok in the evening.
Fri = today. Up at 0500. Slept on plane to Chattanooga.
Because I'm such a rockstar both my quad and double were rigged for me!
Easy run with about a half dozen easy strides on the Smith Bridge looking down on the boats out for practice rows.
I came down with a runny nose and sneezing yesterday so I canceled all house work and took it easy. Got a good night of sleep. No worse off this morning and hopefully I stay that way. Too nice a morning not to get out though. Kept the effort easy.
Parked at the top of FPH. Ran around FPH and Norbuk. The latter had a elementary school XC meet going on so I ran around and watch that for a bit. Ran into Robert and chatted with him. Got in a half dozen hills. Wore my HRM and kept it under 135.

Right after running. I've skied through this neighborhood before but I never spent time doing loops. Worked out well -- good asphalt, low traffic and hills.
