Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

Flying Pig at Camp McKee, KY. WU then 4.8k in 48:21. Alas, this was done at a walk. On the way to C3 first my right calf twinged, I ran a bit, then it grabbed. I sat and tried to massage it out but it didn't help enough. Decided to just power walk the rest. The only thing worse than walking is to be sitting around watching for a couple of days. Fingers crossed I'll at least be walking again tomorrow.

PT (Kinetichain) 1 [3]

At the shop.

Wednesday Mar 20 #

Core (Core performance) 44:00 [3]

PH = 10. (Actually did Kinetichain stuff but they are thematically similar.)
PB (physioball) = 13.
Strength = 21

Tuesday Mar 19 #

Row 1:12:00 [3]

4x with Ben, Mark and Luis. Very nice morning. Nice rowing in the boat. But 21-22 felt like 23-24 'cause I'm out rowing shape.

Run 53:00 [3]

Run with Karl but this didn't feel nice because of the usual reason.

Monday Mar 18 #

Row 1:13:00 [3]

Race WU over extended time and then 4 x 30 strokes. I am not speedy.

PT (Kinetic chain) 1 [3]

At the shop. Learned a new exercise today. I don't know what its official name is so I call it squeeze-physioball-with-butt, or squeeballbutt. A major project is going to be to loosen my psoas.

Core (Core Perf) 26:00 [3]

Jog around the block = 4.
MP = 11
PH = 11

Sunday Mar 17 #

Bike 3:05:00 [3]

Wanted time on butt and hands more than legs so I kept it easy, mostly. Sometimes I'd get going and have to remind myself to back off. Finished tired but not completely knackered. It really would have been better to do either the O or the row yesterday, but not both.

Orienteering 1:40:00 [3]

Dillo-Goat at LBJ Grasslands. Really interesting and extensive erosion features throughout. Unfortunately, the green briar can be equally extensive. In addition, my nav was extensively poor. On the other hand, it was a very nice morning for running and the views from the little plateaus were nice.

Decatur is pretty much a fast food kind of town and we decided that Panda Express was our best option. It now sounds like I have a panda on my insides trying to get out while munching on bamboo. LIsa says it is too soon to be Panda Exp but I'm pretty sure there is a panda in there. Lisa also says that perhaps I shouldn't go rowing if there are pandas trying to get out. I'm going to go anyway.

Row 56:00 [3]

Nice evening but a slight N wind made it a little bumpy at times. Had decent power in legs for a steady-state row.
