OMP-Tue: First time for 2019. Well no wonder I was so gassed. Strava says that I had my third fastest time on "WRL Single" by only 40s, and that's after dogging it up the hills on Loving and West Shore.

5k: 40.4kph
5k: 37.9kph
4.66k: 34.8kph

And then up Loving I got shot out the back like a bad burrito. Up on Lakeshore I caught a guy who had taken a shortcut up Winsted and we worked together for a little bit. Then he head home and I called it a day as well. A bit of a harsh welcoming to the Tue morning peloton.

Yesterday was then, today is some. Some chilliness and wind. Some hills. Some headwind. Some talking to Jonathan Thalheimer. Some hills and some more hills. Some almost rolling the flat tire off the rim. Some fixing the tire. Some dirt in the cleats requiring some cleaning. Some tailwind. Some riding fast. Some more hills. Saw some trees and limbs down.

Some races, then thunder, then no rowing, then rowing, then thunder, then no rowing, then rowing, then wind, then mucho more wind, then boats go upside down and sideways, then no rowing. But what rowing there was never was me. Thjen boat packing. Then Salt Lick BBQ. Then driving with mucho mucho wind while 7m boat is on roof. Then tight wheel gripping. Then rain. Then tight wheel gripping with added ninja driving skills. And that's what we do for fun.
