Row 1:00:00 [3]

Similar to yesterday -- worked on posture in the broadest sense, ie, where all my limbs were and when.

PT 1 [3]

Shoulder PT in the garage after rowing. Using the TRX I was trying to get into a certain position but doing so incorrectly. Then end result was I couldn't support my weight and fell my my face. More specifically, my chin took the hit and ended up needing 5 sutures. Kind of silly.

I forgot to mention that I slammed my left little toe into a corner on Sunday and it turned purple. I'm not sure if the bones of the little toe are long enough to break but it didn't feel good. It's just a nice shade of tomato red now.

Lift (Core Perf) 50:00 [3]

Week 8 - Thu. Plus the MP-B stuff.

I inadvertantly racked up a bunch to time this week.

Tour d'Italia. Last year I took a spill, which I avoided repeating. Hot. Started at 0800 at about 80F and about 90F at the finish. There were a couple sections gravel and hard dirt due to construction that added a bit of novelty and fun. Strong winds from the SW that friend or foe depending. That's all I have the energy to say.
