Row 1:00:00 [3]

Easy. Nice morning for rowing. Right side of back is tight and the ribs were a dull ache but no pain and nothing sharp.

Bike 1:20:00 [3]

OMP. Started on the mellow side until we cleared Fisher Rd. Then we started cranking. I almost lost contact heading to Sunset Bay but they eased and I was able to reattached. I made it up the main part of Loving hill with the group but fell off the back at the top. It may have been possible to fight back on going up West Shore but I didn't have the mental/emortional energy to dig that deep. So, I let them go, rode a bit more, and decided to be satisfied with what I was able to do given that I'm still sniffling. I had streamers of Ghostbuster like slime exiting my nose and flowing off my face. Turns out I had a punch of Strave trophies and a few PRs from Mockingbird all the way to Winfrey Pt. So, we truly were cranking along and it is no wonder I was tired.

My ribs are not getting better as fast I as I would like. This might be a problem. We'll see.

Bike 1:01:00 [3]

Fairly firm effort. I don't know why. I just started pressing and decided to keep at it. I also don't know why my legs are as tired as they are; yoga is mysterious.

Row 1:23:00 [3]

2x with Pat at WRR. Nice easy row on flat water then breakfast at Buzzbrew's with Lisa and Karen.

83 min at approx. 20 spm = 1660 times my ribs cause me to wince. Ugh.

XC Sking 38:00 [3]
shoes: Pursuit

According to Danny it is winter and so I broke out the roller skis. Went out the SOPAC trail from the boathouse because it has a good bit of shade. Kept it easy and focused on just getting my balance back and not falling down.

Row 1:06:00 [3]

Good row. Not 100% but better.

Yoga 1:30:00 [3]

Ugh. I had completely forgotten about my right-back ribs that were bothering me after the middle last week. They are really achy and tender to the touch after yoga, I assume due to the core work and twisting. Wonder what's going on. Definitely hurts though.

I broke down and bought at Manduka Pro yoga mat. Darn thing comes with maintenance instructions. The last thing I need is another piece of gear that requires maintenance. I had better love this mat.
