2/3 easy, 1/3 hard with 2 other guys. My legs are not recovered from workouts, life or both.

Row 1:00:00 [3]

Perfect because the temp was mild, the water flat, and i didn't hit anything.

XC Sking 47:00 [3]
shoes: V2 Aero XL - ver2

Took a short break after rowing to drink and eat a PB sandwich. By the time I got start the trail was very busy. The official Virtual Boston Marathon was being held so there were little aid stations scattered about and the occasion runner with official bib numbers. And of course with the number of people increasing the number of knuckleheads also goes up; c'est la vie. Stopped to talk to one guy who was curious about the rskis and also chatted with Chris Peasley who was out running.

I was able to recruit Scott and Caryn to join me on a southie ride this morning. The trade off for some company was an 0800 departure. However, it was not a hot day so this was doable. Plenty of conversation as well as good riding. I didn't sleep very well and wasn't feeling too energetic. Nevertheless, we were zipping along at times.

I got a rear flat heading out on I35 and a front flat heading back on I35. I think the Cervelo knows that another set of wheels is coming into the stable and it didn't help that both Scott and Caryn have funny green bikes.
