30, gray and windy. Still a few people out though, even a few cyclists.

Stiff wind plus still getting the engine revved led to a slow time on the first one. Better after that. I'm not sure I've done the third 2k before; usually I do a couple of hill sprints. I put in a good effort but I can't say I was going full out.

Still not feel fresh. Hips and glutes seem shut down.

Erg 30:00 [3]
shoes: RP3

It was cold and I just couldn't get myself to bundle up for a ride. My butt needs a break from rskis. Since I haven't been running I didn't want to start right now. Sum of all that equals erg. I was happy my brain made it 30min without total rejection of the activity.

Drills, no poles, slalom, etc. Damp and misty morning.

Lift 40:00 [3]

Bike 1:23:00 [3]
shoes: Bianchi

It was chilly this morning so instead I did house cleaning while I waited for it to warm up a bit. Still only 40 when I left but eventually the sun came out and it warmed up quick. At 50min I saw Lisa who was out for a walk and sent her home with one layer. Nice easy ride. Felt better than yesterday.

Yoga 1 [3]

Ft Worth Nordic. Four laps + an Encanito loop. As usual of late, I didn't feel zippy in the least but, at the same time, didn't have an issue with continually plugging along. About the same time as two weeks ago but a bit faster. Dry roads certainly helped with that. I was sent home with freshly toasted sour dough bread, which was excellent.
