Friday Mar 12 #

PT (Prehab) 8:00 [3]

I'm going to switch the color of my quick pre and post main workout routines to Yellow = PT and reserve gray for normal lifting hee-man stuff.

Row 58:00 [3]

South wind and I was the only one on the water. 3 x 10 low step jumps after; my knee is not 100% but it is getting better.

Wednesday Mar 10 #

Lift (MP A & B) 11:00 [3]

7 AM

Bike 1:03:05 [3] 25.29 km (24.1 kph) +60m
shoes: Bianchi

Easy around the lake. Easy is easy but anything more than easy is not easy in a more than normal sense.

Tuesday Mar 9 #

Lift (Cross sym) 10:00 [3]

Cross sym and sit ups before ride.
5 PM

Bike 57:11 [3] 24.67 km (25.9 kph) +58m
shoes: Bianchi

New toy = Garmin Edge 530. I hope I'm running out of bike things to buy but my brain is not wired to not buy bike stuff.

Monday Mar 8 #

Row 50:00 [3]

Unfavorable winds are predicted so I took my sissy hands out to row and collected more sort spots. Otherwise, nice row.

Lift (Mace) 25:00 [3]

Sunday Mar 7 #

Row 1:00:00 [3]

Nice to be back on the water. A blister on each middle finger because I have sissy hands.

Lift 10:00 [3]

MP and Prehab. Should have been doing this stuff all winter but for some reason I couldn't get motivated to do it.

Saturday Mar 6 #

7 AM

Bike 2:53:04 [3] 73.09 km (25.3 kph) +3m
shoes: Bianchi

Celeste ride with Scott and Caryn. There seemed to be more traffic than usual for a Sat morning, or perhaps I'm just imaging it. As a very welcome change we had a tailwind on the way home on I35. Felt decent spinning but still felt sore spots while climbing. Left knee bothersome when standing.
