Successful run from Vosburgh. Impossible not to enjoy these trails. Took walk breaks every 5 min to give my calf a break. 47 Freedom degrees, cool and windy. Felt good.

In ROC visiting my parents. Went for a 30min pedal on my Dad's old bike. It was nice to go slow.

Time to get serious about goup'ping. Went down to Cedar Hills to ride hills. However, wasn't feeling very goup'py due to not sleeping well. I ended up cutting the ride a little short, about 200m of climb short (Garmin says 970m). There was a light rain throughout but I was plenty comfortable; it was kind of nice. Lisa gets some badass points for riding around in the rain as well. We went to McCallister's for sandwiches.

Hoped that with short duration runs I could keep my calf behaved. Work out.

SMU was busy. HS graduation at Moody Coliseum and some sort of Cheerleader clinic at the fitness center.
