Machen Mountain run. Bit disappointed, was fairly comfortable up until the bottom of the main climb but then was barely moving up it. As soon as I got over it I was flying on the flats and the downs though. 5th.

Easy pace round the parks, down through ponderosa to the tram tracks, along the tram tracks and then up rivelin to the bottom of heroes, easy up heroes, still hurt, and then down past grindstone and broomhill before another lap of the parks and then 5 strides and home.
