To Hallam then physio then on treadmill, 10 mins warm up, 5 mins threshold, 4 x 1min, 5 mins threshold, 4 x 1min, 5 mins threshold, 5 mins cool down, 2 mins after 5 mins, 1 min after 1s. Then jog to weston park and some drills and home. Weird running on the treadmill, but managing to go quite fast at the end once i got the hang of it.
Long run with 3 x 10min (4min) threshold in the middle, with gg, oli, rob and ralph although me and ralph took a wrong turn and ran the last 30 mins or so on our own. Freezing by the time I got back.
