York City race, never felt like I really got going apart from the long leg.

Running 1:50:00 [3]

30 mins to station and back with nic, 20 mins warming up and an hour long committee meeting with the boys.

Run out to Eccy woods, 5+ hours updating vegetation, run back. Tired. Same planned for tommorow.

Left hamstring still tight and a bit sore to stretch. Physio time again then.

Run down, some drills and then 5 x 1km, 2 mins off.

3.09, 3.09, 3.11, 3.10, 3.08. Left hamstring felt niggly tight the whole way so I was being a bit cautious speeding up but it eased off on each of the reps. Stride for stride with Ralph although I have a feeling I might have been working harder than him on the last ones.

Good good session. Feel like I've trained now.. Short warm up, drills and a couple of strides.

2 x 1550 ish, meant to be a mile but not quite. Both 4.58, 2 mins recovery.

4 x 800, struggling to get any faster, 2.26,28,29,29.

Then two strides to finish. Loop had a fair bit of climb but there was one bit in particular where it shot up steep and really sapped energy.
