Parked at Whitford and ran to Broughton, 10km course with 50 controls and then ran back to car. Absolutely love this area. 41/50 Orienteering lazily at the beginning but well at the end.

Was convinced to go and join the harriers Saturday morning training. Not all too looking forward to it for two reasons. It was at 9 in the morning and I'm not feeling terribly fit at the minute. Went down and was encouraged when they said they were all racing Monday so were taking it easy. First rep 2.52. Fuck. Stuck in there though and felt better than I thought I would. 2.55, 2.56, 2.55, 2.57, 2.58, 3.01. Struggling from about the 4th one.
