Easy pace round the parks, down through ponderosa to the tram tracks, along the tram tracks and then up rivelin to the bottom of heroes, easy up heroes, still hurt, and then down past grindstone and broomhill before another lap of the parks and then 5 strides and home.

Was struggling, legs are not happy with me after yesterday.

I'm having to walk down stairs one at a time or else my quads say no.

Chins, dips, pressups 3 x 8, -26 - These hurt
Weighted incline sit ups, back hypers, 3 x 12/10, 10

First session in ages
it hurt like hell
