Got up at 20 past 7, in the gym by 8.15, ready to meet Dave H at 9 except I'm meeting him next week. Whoops. Same session as monday, press ups still hard.

Porter Valley 'fell' race. Good pace with ralph, felt good and not too hard. He then 'outsprinted' me to take the trophy home. Also run there and back.
