Orienteering 1:05:00 [3]

Trains in the morning, Going alright, nothing special, mispunched one loop by running it the wrong way round. Wasn't paying attention.

Sprint in endcliffe, midday, Going alright all be it knackered, but went 7-8-10-9-10, which lost a lot.

Ultra sprint, good, but so tired.

Warming up and down and commuting between areas.

Running 1:20:00 [3]

Run to Wincobank, not 20 mins schorah, then jog home from midday session and warm up for evening.

Orienteering 1:40:00 [3]

40 mins, wincobank forest sprint, not pushing it and going quite well, missed a bit on the no paths which im not too happy with.
20 mins, city centre, prologue and reverse chase, felt a bit tired and missed a few good lines but going well.
40 mins, night sprint burbages mines, sloppy but only missed one big mistake due to me not wanting to read the map, rest was alright though.

Not doing intervals as heel sore and rest of me not recovered from weekend so jogged down, did drills with the lads, then went for an easy run and home.

Run down with Malley, didn't get lost. And run back with John and James.

Strength and Conditioning 1:00:00 [3]

Drills. Legs feeling tired and not very snappy. Achilles/heel also hurting for a bit of it. 4 x 150 to finish. Feeling faster on these but they did knacker me out.
