British middle champ's. Couple of slips and one big banana early on. Then middle section a bit better but missed 14 by alot. Physically never really got into the game. Had a stitch for part and felt like i was running at long race pace. No urgency. 6th junior.

Orienteering 1:00:00 [3]

British sprint champ's. Qualified well. No real misses but lost flow at some points. Was feeling tired by the end as well. For the final i felt like i was making route choice mistakes and my legs were tired. Felt like i was off the race and i was gg caught me finally when i missed 20 seconds near the end but he had been reeling me in for a long while.

Little jog warm up and then sprintervals and jog home.

35 mins before with treb and then 10 min jog home.

Drills. Still have a tendancy to hunch over and fight a bit when i sprint but had good form for a few.
