Left home, onto a bus, to a train, to a flight, off the flight, onto a bus, into a car, quick change and then out for 7 x 3min (90s) followed by 1.5km downhill orienteering. Felt surprisingly good for the first 3 min (flat), fairly standard for the next few (uphill), and then pretty tired for the last couple (terrain). I also fell into the pit of running to fast for the downhill orienteering after.
