Intervals down on the golf course with Mark and Alice and the Swansea Bay guys. Rough Pyramid of 500, 600, 700, 800 and back down, twice. Was aiming for a threshold effort but it was quite hard to gauge with all the ups and downs, sometimes I'd look and my heart rate would be 165 and others it would be 175. Think the effort was about right though.

Felt pretty good, working at a solid effort without pushing too hard. The second 300 of the 600s was a bit windy.
