Pretty easy technically, a bit of a burn up really. Not much to think about as you could get through the estate pretty much anywhere you tried.

Cumbernauld Middle.

Missed one (too high) and two (rubbish line) and Spongey had caught 90 seconds on me by this point (starting two minutes behind).. He should have caught me by five but missed the control and had to wait until nine to reel me in. I was losing a lot of time in the rough terrain. Me and Spongey had a bit of a battle from here on, with me occasionally getting a better line but him reeling me back through the terrain. Put the boot in from the second last and thought I had it covered but fumbled the last punch big time and he snuck in ahead. Damn. Good fun although the area was a bit minging.
