Making use of the treadmill for a bit of tempo. Nice easy introduction today (to see how my foot is): 10 x 60 s 'tempo' (60 s easy). 19 km/h (14 km/h). Felt pretty easy, might look into some way of calibrating the treadmill so I can be more exact with paces.

10 x 30 s (60 s) at the end to test the foot (all into the wind). It was fine, worse in the first 20 minutes of the run than during the session (I did some leg swings and loosened the front of my shoe after about 20 minutes). I don't think these shoes are good for it - the cushioning feels quite hard.
