Horrible weather, wet and windy, and I modified the session because I wasn't going to be able to run what was planned. 6 x 1 km (200 jog), 6 x 200 (200 jog). The planned session was 8 x 1 km (60 s) with reps 5-7 faster (<2:50) and the others controlled (2:55-3:00). I swapped in the 200's to keep an element of that faster pace and did a jog recovery so that I didn't get cold between reps. 3:05, 3:03, 3:03, 3:03, 2:59, 2:56, 31, 31, 32, 31, 30, 31.
