European Championships Up and Down - 6th
I wanted to race with a little more impetus than Friday - plus I thought the first part of the course would suit me. I fell off the leaders on the steeper sections of the climb and was eventually caught by Jacob near the top - summiting just behind him in 8th. I ran most of the descent about 100 m behind Frederic Tranchand, moving well on the whole. I caught and passed him about 200 m before the finish.

European Uphill - 10th
Happy enough with that. Tough day out - wet, cold and slippery. Really steep near the start and felt like I held a little back here, but when it got more runnable higher up I couldn't get moving as well as I liked. Top running by Jacob and Joe!
