AJ is starting to make me a training plan :) I am going to try to run 30-45 minutes 5x a week and then an 1+ hrs 1x a week with different elements (tempo, hill, etc) mixed in. Jessica (my running buddy and neighbor) doesn't leave for college until the 14th so we're going to test out this running plan together.
