one way 7 miler this is the longest i’ve run w/o stopping so this distance might not be impressive to u but makes this run impressive to me :) and i didn’t die like my body is tired but not horribly we dropped the car off 7 miles away and my moms gonna run out and get it tomorrow so that’s fun

I don't know how many of you follow me on Strava again so I'm just gonna say it again over here. It s u c k s to feel like I'm getting slower even though I know I'm just tired as my body is not used to running as often as I've been. I know that progress is coming soon if I keep at it but just an annoying feeling.
