the good ol 45 min mistake. do i feel defeated? sure. do i feel dehydrated? also yes. not gonna let it ruin my weekend though —much more fun to be had!

guesstimating distance because my watch was dead and kirsten forgot to start hers (smh) but this was genuinely so fun and we came second place! basically a mix of a night-o score-o and flashlight tag where if you get flashlight tagged by a vampire you have to switch scorecards with them and their scorecard is empty

don’t have much time to go to the gym this week so did a mini-lift/core moment in the basement. 10lb dumbbells for bicep curls, bent over rows, “benching” (on the floor so kinda), overhead DB presses, tricep extensions and sit ups
