now this is the one where i was like there ain’t NO way im not gonna do my long run just bc my cars broke so i wake up at 7:30 and yog over to los altos hills take a side quest through one of the weirdest trails i’ve seen in my life and finally jog over to the car where i left protein powder and my water bottle yesterday so who has two new tires and a protein shake? THIS guy!

now this is the one where i decided i was going to go to arastradero for a trail run / hill workout and then popped my tire on the way, pulled into a parking lot, called roadside assistance who gave me an eta of 90 min and said “oh that’s enough time to go for a run” started running up the dish and doing a workout (30s on / 30s off for twenty min if u must ask) when i’m at the top 25 min into my run i get a call that’s like we are at your car so i just frolick down the hill and thennnn get anna to drive me from one base of the dish to where my car is parked. they change my tire to the spare yada yada and then i journey over to the nearest tire shop and Boom they’re like yeah we are closing in 20 but can hav it ready in the morning and so i ask zadie if she can pick me up (thank god i have good friends) and she’s like yeah i’ll meet you at creekside and so i run from the tire shop to creekside
