WUOC is in 8 weeks and it’s time to lock in training wise. i’m gonna tailor my training for sub 60 min runs since there’s no longs and hopefully do quite a few SSS runs with QOC this summer.

the goal is to do:
PER WEEK:
2x trail runs around 5-6 miles
2x speed workouts (one at threshold and one at vo2 max)
1x long run (under 2 hrs!)
1x non trail easy run or extra rest day
1x rest day

BEFORE WUOC:
1x mile time trial
1x5k race
1xdown week

STANFORD TO SEA! maybe my favorite run (non orienteering) i’ve ever been on :,) physically and mentally so awesome and the route was so beautiful. gastrointestinal issues throughout but so worth it
