Capricorn Day 2 Course A
Better than yesterday, found terrain slightly easier. (But pace suggest otherwise!)
Happy with all my route choices, and very happy with tricky navigation across Kinder Scout (Leg 7-8), hit 8 spot on.
No problems with calf.

Capricorn Day 1 Course A
Extremely disappointed - personal worst?
Had difficulty with terrain mainly because I couldn't motivate myself, secondly trained only on trails for the last 4 months.
Route choice was poor, especially 2-3, obvious choice would have been to skirt around the deep valleys.
Felt a few twinges in my calf but it held out.
