Sunday Nov 18

Note
rhr:54 slept:9.5 (rest day)
I hadn't planned a rest day, but yesterday was more demanding than I expected. And today's weather is miserable.

Saturday Nov 17

Fell Race race (Tour of Pendle AL) 2:46:00 [3] 26.4 km (6:17 / km) +1390m 4:59 / km
rhr:51 slept:7.5 weight:72kg shoes: Inov8 Mudclaw 330 O
I planned to take it easy, and I pretty much did upto control 3. The remaining climbs were very steep, they're hard work even when walking.

I got confused from control 8, I thought I was at control 10. I couldn't understand why everyone was descending and not running along the ridge. It caused me to loss a few minutes.

Friday Nov 16

Running 36:00 [2] 8.1 km (4:27 / km) +60m 4:17 / km
rhr:49 slept:7.5 weight:72kg shoes: NB 873 Red

Thursday Nov 15

Weights 35:00 [1]
rhr:54 slept:5.5 weight:72kg
Running 40:00 [1] 8.2 km (4:53 / km) +60m 4:42 / km
shoes: NB 873 Red
Everyone's impressed with the RED shoes. Although TomB thought they're orange. Must be colour blind as well as smell blind.

Wednesday Nov 14

Orienteering race (Clayton-le-Woods S5N) 1:15:10 [4] * 17.5 km (4:18 / km)
rhr:47 weight:72kg shoes: NB 873 Red
Very pleased with performance. Smooth transition into and out of controls. Good pace.

The NB 873 were excellent.
Yoga 55:00 [1]

Monday Nov 12

Weights 35:00 [1]
Running 45:00 [2] 8.7 km (5:10 / km) +75m 4:58 / km
