Orienteering race 23:57 [5] ***

First though it was a great run (5th). Then got the results - DSQ due to crossing vegatation. Happened on #15-16, the irony is it probably cost me some time as I made a navigational error to end up in the wrong place and then had to relocate quickly. Bottomline is I either crossed uncrossable veg or crossed an uncrossable wall marked on the map (didn't see it however?). Bugger.
Was a nice race however.

Fewer of us - LOTS of sprinting.

Calisthenics 1:20:00 [3]

Quads and outer thigh muscles quite tired after the past few days' efferts. Was a lighter session but felt like a 5-and-a-half!

My usual hill-route. Was a bit slow but felt quite good at the end.

I tried, I really did. But relaxed camping, Lots of lovely food and lazy companions ... 5minutes of wobbly jogging.
