| Mm, must be a better way to log mapping in the veld. We spent 2,5 hours variously climbing hills, battling through bushes and jogging to new areas. But it certainly isn't a 2.5 hour training session! Half an hour's worth? |

| Strained my right elbow joint, nearly broke my nose (well it felt like that - its only a bit swollen on the bridge) and muscles next to my hips are SO tired (so what does this muscles actually do?). Heavy on the body but I like the feeling of total relaxation when I finally hit my bed. |
