I'll have to log it as only a 2 for intensity, but I was finished by the end of it - was at least 20km. But what a day! Sydney has some of the most beautiful scenery you can find anywhere! Who want to see an Opera House if you can walk along cliffs, beaches and through forests all with the most wonderful views? :)

A real WARM-up. Cold and rainy and please note the time!

Easy run with a few stops on the way. Stiff after yesterday (no surprise there!)
