Somewhere this week I passed my last ~5 year's record for continuous training without breaking down in tears because of the shins!
Exactly 8km - and there wasn't too many complaints from the various contenders (right ankle, left outer ankle muscle, left lower amstring and of course both shins). Seems like the list is getting longer but the complaints are getting more trivial.
Almost missed my lift home. Today was something of a visit your parents-in-law or something. Seems like half the department had the same excuse to leave early - very early.
